Items purchased from Shop Ulovemegz are eligible for exchange ONLY within 5 days of delivery receipt. No order cancellations and no refunds are accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items eligible for an exchange ONLY - Damaged product, wrong size, wrong product.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at shopulovemegz@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted after review, we’ll  email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
